Refund policy
Online purchases can be refunded within 21 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This does not include intimate wear, liquids and condoms. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In-store purchases can be exchanged within 28 days or refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the products are returned as sold and accompanied by the original receipt.
Non-returnable items:
- Unsealed, opened and worn items.
- Items that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed following delivery.
- Intimate objects of desire, briefs, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, hosiery, and body contour apparel.
- Seasonal outfits: Halloween, Christmas and themed costumes.
- Gift cards.
- Liquids and condoms.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item(s) will be your responsibility while in transit, for this reason we advise you send the package through a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item develops a fault within 3 months, we offer a refund or exchange.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygienic purposes, it is important to make sure that you're getting the right size, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please don't hesitate to contact us at 01-9618904. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm, and Sunday and bank holidays, 1 pm to 7 pm.
Cancelling Orders
We get it — sometimes you place an order in the moment and then change your mind. No worries! We're happy to cancel and fully refund any order as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
Once your order is in the dispatch process, we’re unable to cancel it — it’s already packed up and likely en route. That’s the trade-off for fast shipping: things move quickly, so cancellation requests need to be even quicker.
If your order has already been sent out, you’re still welcome to return it — just make sure the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund. We aim to be fair with this policy.
To request a cancellation, get in touch with us via phone or email and have your order number ready to hand. We'll confirm the cancellation and process the refund to your original payment method. Just a heads-up — banks can take a couple of days to process refunds.
Finally, please note we can’t issue any refund until we’ve received your return. We also can’t be liable for delays or issues during return shipping — hope that sounds reasonable!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us missfantasiaie@gmail.com
Finally
Please do not send any products back to us without first completing the return form below or contacting us at 01-9618904. Returns sent without following these authorized channels will not be processed and will be disposed of.
