Shipping policy

Discreet packaging

All our orders are delivered in plain and discreet packaging to your door. The information on the parcel only indicates the address to where it's going. The name of our shop it is not featured in any part of the packaging. 

Order processing times

If an order is placed before 4pm on a working day you can expect the delivery within 1-2 working days.

If an order is placed before 4pm on a Friday you can expect your delivery within 2-3 working days.

Orders received after 5pm will be placed the next business day and will be processed within 2-3 working days. During seasonal times, order processing can take up to 5-6 business days. 

Please note that we can hold your order for a maximum of 10 days while payment is pending.

Shipping cost

We ship only within the territory of the Republic of Ireland.

We use An Post as our local courier for the delivery method.

There is a shipping fee of €4.95 for purchases below €50.00.

Free shipping on purchases over €50.00.

Tracking order

Once your order ships, you can track it using the An Post tracking number found in your dispatch email. Simply enter the number on the An Post Track and Trace website (https://track.anpost.ie/.) to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Important Notes:

  • An Post delivers Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Deliveries may take an extra day during bank holidays.

  • An Post does not deliver on weekends.

In-store pick up

We offer free pickup at our retail boutique at 25 South William Street, Basement, Dublin 2, D02 X868. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. Pick up orders are generally ready for pick up immediately. If you have placed your order after business hours or within 2-3 hours of the shop closing, your order will be prepared the following day. If is urgent, please phone and we will try to prepare that order for you sooner.
